We’ve put together FAQs to give you some useful information before your stay. If you have any questions that aren’t answered here, please feel free to contact us.
Q. What time can we check in?
Please check in between 3pm and 8pm. If you think your arrival time will be later than 8pm, please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Q. What time do we need to check out?
11am please. This allows us to clean and prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
Q. Do you offer single night stays?
Check-in is on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Q. Do you supply bed linen & towels?
We provide bed linen and towels to each dome. This includes bed linen for
5 people and towels for 5 people. Bathmat, tea towels, oven gloves and napkins are also provided.
All beds are made up ready for your arrival.
Q. Is there any heating in the Domes?
Hopefully the weather will be warm enough during your stay. However, each dome is fitted with heating and air-conditioning, both provided by an air source heat pump. Despite the heating, you will need warm clothing in cool weather, it is a tent after all!
Q. Do you charge extra for wood?
All firewood is complimentary.
Q. Are there any extras that we need to bring?
- We recommend that you bring appropriate clothing for the time of year. The evenings can sometimes be chilly.
- Wellies and waterproofs are always a good idea.
- Slippers, flip flops or indoor shoes are ideal for inside the dome.
- Outdoor shoes must be left in the shoe storage, provided on the decking.
- Don’t forget your swimwear for the hot tub!
- Remember to pack any prescribed medication and sun-screen.
Q. Can we bring dogs?
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs, in Butterfly Dome only.
We are in the countryside and surrounded by wildlife (including deer) and sheep farming.

Q. Is there electricity?
Yes, electricity is supplied to each Dome.Q. Is there WIFI?
Yes. Although due to our location, Wi-Fi access is through 4G and is sometimes limited.
Q. Do the Domes have hot tubs?
Yes, both Bumblebee and Butterfly have their own private wood fired hot tubs (optional extra).
Q. Is music allowed?
By all means, but guests must be considerate of other guests and our neighbours. Music must stop after 10.00p.m.
Q. Is there a fridge?
Yes, each Dome has a small fridge. Please note, there is no freezer compartment.Q. What about food and drink?
